I can now offer my soon-to-be-published book, A Buddhist Path to Joy, at no cost in two ways and at low cost in several others. These options apply until the October 17 release date. First, the free options to read it now.
For you or any others you know who are willing to read the book as an ebook or PDF and post one or more reviews on Goodreads or your favorite online bookseller, here’s the link: https://dl.bookfunnel.com/ife6c3a0jm
If you or anyone you know is a librarian, book reviewer, podcast host, book store manager, or journalist who may be interested in reviewing the book or in interviewing an aging author on a mission to end his years independently publishing, the ebook is available through Netgalley at https://www.netgalley.com/widget/935241/redeem/5edeaeacf142191e980ca6fc3ac217a2d264d043eb50b4e935b0b16813026441
You can pre-order the book most affordably on Smashwords, a global online bookseller that focuses on books by independent authors. It's also the only outlet that lets you read the book now, before the release date. The pre-release price on Smashwords is $1.99, and you can lower that to 99 cents by clicking the button you'll see to join my mailing list just before you complete the purchase. Once you complete the purchase, Smashwords will email the epub file to you. You can load that file into most ebook readers, including Apple Books.
Here's a link to all the online retailers offering A Buddhist Path to Joy at pre-publication prices ranging from $1.99 to $2.99.
On Goodreads, you can post a review as soon as you've read the book. On Amazon, you have to wait until the pub date. On other retailer websites, give it a try.
This expanded version has 50% more content than The New Middle Way. If you read the first book, you can skip Volume One of A Buddhist Path to Joy, leaving you Volume Two, with 15 new chapters to read. It takes the first book on some deeper and wider journeys.
